“Man strength” is a term my friends and I came up with when we were about 13 to describe why an adult male (such as the school janitor) could kick our butts even though he was no bigger than us .
The way we saw it, man strength was just one of the many steps taken to reach Male Adulthood or as I often call it "Adult Malehood".
"Adult Malehood" is basically the Lifestyle of any Average North American Man.
Characteristics of "Adult Malehood" Include: Man Strength,
Drinking Beer in the Shower, Leaving the Seat Down, Physical Altercations at IKEA, Black Coffee, Reckless driving, Sexual Frustration, Volunteer Work, Anger Issues, Working out in a Garage, Substance Abuse, Old Football Injuries, Relationship Problems, The Back Room at the Video Store, Reading the Newspaper, Smoking Cigars, Yelling at Obnoxious Children Left Unattended at McDonalds, Growing a Mustache, Idolizing Patrick Swayze in "Road House", Grilling Out, and Occaisionaly Going to Home Depot on Saturdays (If you have enough time.)
Spent so much time wishing I was older....Damn.
When I look in the mirror I see a grown ass Man.
