Do you have oil and Parmesan cheese
On rolls with the butter to give your buns a squeeze

Wake and Bake and Breaking Bread and Making Breaded Steak Again
I throw the bread but only for the ducks
You want some bread, well i don't give a fuck
American Keg Men we roll with the bread man
Gave bread to a dead man put bread in a bed pan
Breaded Breakfast in Bed I got the mother fucking Bread

In the Biz
In the biz, the glam and the glitz
Crack like the Ritz my shit is the Twix
Sicker than sick quicker than quick
Fucking your chick she's loving the dick
she's a good girl I'm Robbin it Thicke
kick a the drum a run of the mill
She's tasting the pillow I'm taking a pill
stay in and chill and lay really still
Jonah and the whale Jonah the Hill
bill in the mail from a male named bill
he's going to jail where he will be killed
all because he had stolen a grill
an empty stomach he wanted to fill
laying it down and signing his will
this goes out to mail man bill
I run in the house to clean some things
just like a puppet with fancy stings
I run and I laugh and I dance and sing
saving my money for everything

Fun in the Sun Poem
Because I like to run
I like having fun
To the occasion I rise like the sun
I'm still number one
I still get it done
I got pizza sauce all on my thumb
I still threw a plumb
I knew it was dumb
I poured some bleach on a hot dog bun
I went through a ton
Then I chewed some gum
Torpase and now my bodies numb
breaks to the left breaks to the right
break it down with Frank Deez Tonight!
Oh Yeah
I like having fun
To the occasion I rise like the sun
I'm still number one
I still get it done
I got pizza sauce all on my thumb
I still threw a plumb
I knew it was dumb
I poured some bleach on a hot dog bun
I went through a ton
Then I chewed some gum
Torpase and now my bodies numb
breaks to the left breaks to the rightbreak it down with Frank Deez Tonight!
Oh Yeah

Wild and Free
So much to do to touch and see
The way to live is wild and free
Be you or me who you can be
Open your eyes and finally see

The Eternal Question
the pain and the greed the need for green weed
so hungry and dazed if i ever get blazed
but to settle a score for once and for all
would you rather have weed or adderall
now weed indeed is off the wall
but what about the adderall
it makes me want to clean and grind
so anxious i could lose my mind
but one for all the rest of time
to pop a pill or smoke a dime?
to rip a bong or snort a line?
but wait a minute kindly folks
Now Ive been known to tell some jokes
of prescription pills and taking tokes
now what if it was all a hoax
that there is only one
when there is two theres twice to do
both weed and adderrall for you
so you can balance out the hits
with crushing up and taking sniffs
each one is yours these treasured gifts
now have a beer and take some sips
so hungry and dazed if i ever get blazed
but to settle a score for once and for all
would you rather have weed or adderall
now weed indeed is off the wall
but what about the adderall
it makes me want to clean and grind

Broke at Starbucks
I stayed up late to contemplate
I woke up early about seven thirty
Took a shower got dressed in a hurry
Berserk at work cuz I just get dirty
Why do we worry when we scurry
Like Tim to the Currie IT can get scary
You can get lost it can get blurry
You can be the frost or you can be the flurry
Forecast for rain showers and a chance of fury
He he here were go circle like cheerio
Flip like rey mysterio
I scream but you don't hear me though
I own a sound proof mouth and some tear away features
Eyes and nose fake ears oh jeepers
I woke up duct taped to a duck in a truck
I grabbed a stick to escape but got stuck
Oh shucks
I woke up early about seven thirty
Took a shower got dressed in a hurry
Berserk at work cuz I just get dirty
Why do we worry when we scurry
Like Tim to the Currie IT can get scary
You can get lost it can get blurry
You can be the frost or you can be the flurry
Forecast for rain showers and a chance of fury

Epic North American Poem
When my last
day on earth arrives
I’ll kiss the sun and make it rise
I’ll Drink the Ocean and Paint the skies
I’ll think emotion and feel wise
Used to life but meet demise
I’ll never have to say goodbye
You’ll never hurt and never cry
Your heart disappeared your tears are dry
Don’t slouch or frown or even sigh
Just understand and listen why
The soul I have just isn’t my
It’s yours and thiers and
every I
Spirits soaring flying high
Worth more than you could ever buy
Don’t waste your life forever thrive
Grow every day you stay alive
How many years you may survive
On terms of yours that you decide
Feelings you know but can’t describe
In you I live on and we’ll never die
Its you and us and every I
The soul is we remember me

From The Desk Of BallPark Frank
I get big in the paint like a big man on canvas
Frank on the globe write rhymes on the atlas
Make all the money to buy all the makers
On your mark get set on the plate like taters
Better now than laters i glide like the skaters
Always rip ass when i'm in the elavators
Darth like the vaders light saber tooth tigers
Watching us now in the eye of the fighter
Lit like a lighter cuz got spins like the dryer
Walking home looking like the man on the wire
I burn rubber like a fire breathing dragon with a magnum
Condom i got at the spot when I bought gum
Got some awesome nachos with cheese sauce and quac yo
An ice cream snickers and a choco taco
Got the tic tacs and tactics the stretch like elastic
I love the fans cuz they are fantastic

Pizza Monster Poem Part One
The sun came out and the moon set in
the alarm went off let the day begin
let the coffee brew and the shower steam
five more minutes to sleep and dream
but watch those minutes
they sure add up
Have a bagel fill your cup
Read the Times and find your way
Be at work or play today is the day
The forest hum the ocean spray
the icy mist the sunny ray
the way we make the hours pass
Infinite wisdom at our grasp
father time is old and wise
mother earth nurtures young vines
so drink the wines and clean the scrapes
finish the paper review the tapes
take all the things you took for granted
the overstated the understanded
the upper graded and under handed
i read a pamphlet about the planet
Going Green? or Going Hamlet?
Going Hamlet I must say sir
Hamlet Going as it were
where is it here that fear we must
of gooey cheese and crunchy crust
tomato chunkage such a must
the pizza monster is after us.
Watch out because I will undoubtedly continue the story of the pizza monster and believe me when I tell you that it is going to be down right hilarious.

Laced Coffee Poem
One day I saw a sign
"What kinda sign did you see?"
A giant billboard that said "(watch out for the laced coffee?)"
I blinked my eyes twice cuz I thought it said "Iced"
I sat there all day and long into the night
so deep were my thoughts i had a case of the thinks
it made me wanna stop for some food and some drinks
the diner in flux with plate clanks and glass clinks
I sat at a table unassuming,
except for the other three people who sneered
back, back, back, they say while pushing me out of the way
But stay, stay, stay, I say I am the wart that wont go away
even later in life when your old and your grey all the way to the end I'll be here to stay
so they left and I sat there got coffee and snacks like soup of the day and these new deli wraps
slaps on the table laughter rumbles like thunder i stare at my coffee and i started to wonder
now was it the smell or was it the taste one thing was for sure the coffee was laced
I paced to the bathroom to look in the mirror the sounds on my face i started to hear
strange prose from my nose bold lies from my eyes surprised by the highs that laced coffee provides

Derek Rose Poem
![]() |
| D Rose |
I am a huge fan of Derek Rose. I really admire his humble attitude and lightning fast moves on the court. This one is for you D Rose.
There once was a rose who came from the street
He Grew up in the city among the concrete
In wind he stood tall, would never retreat
He ran with the Bulls and Never sweated the Heat
Through harsh winter cold with nothing to eat
When practice was over blood ran from his feet
He United the Center filling up every seat
The game winning shot without missing a beat
There once was a rose who grew from concrete.
