Day and NIght

Isn't it great how when it gets cold the things we do indoors suddenly seem more enjoyable. I'm listening to my roommate playing records in the other room and I can see him bobbing his head and getting all into the rhythm with his limbs. Meanwhile I'm at my desk typing away even though I'm supposed to leave for work any minute. I hate working at night but something about it is so cool and mysterious to me. For five long years I worked the graveyard shift and lived in a fantasy world of vampires and back alley wine bags. You have know idea what is going on in this city. I feel like I deserve an honorary masters degree in youtube film studies. Night and day, Day and night, one is bright and sweet delight, the other is gloom except for the moon, but both have a place in my heart.

Seasonal Depression

Hello Everyone. It's that time of year again. It's getting colder, the leaves are falling off the trees. The days have gotten shorter and the nights have gotten longer and lonelier than ever. Sometime on those late nights I sit alone and feel the blues. Maybe you yourself have experienced symptoms of Seasonal Depression. I recommend the following.

1. Get Up Early, sleeping in all day is depressing enough as it is.

2. Eat Dark Chocolate, It fights unseasonal depression so it must work

3. Work out, get that blood flowing, bonus for working out in the elements. Far more bad ass

4. Practice Smiling, I notice that when I smile consciously I actually become happier. Just Fake It.

5. Bossing and Flossing, Take command of situations and Floss often for that little extra effort. Boom.

6. Watch a Game and Drink Some Beer With your Friends. Enough Said.

7. Find away to grill outside. Something about Fire, Meat, Cold, equals Awesome. Primal Urges.

8. Plowing and Chowing. No you sick fucks. It's about plowing driveways and chowing on biscuits and gravy. I don't know what you were thinking?

9. Watch the Departed once a month for all of November. Trust me it's Feckin Hilarious after awhile.

10. Go around to bar's and try to act like staff Sargent Dignam It's really funny.

11. Take a tour of a brewery. I remember my first beer.

Shnudweiser's and Bread

Seriously? How much fucking beef do we fucking need? I was at work the other day hauling beef with my friend Steve (who can lift a whole cow above his head) and we run out of room for beef storage. Steve looks over and says "HOW MUCH FUCKING BEEF DO WE NEED?" We both just start cracking up for like an hour. Then after that we had to wait forever for this bread delivery so we kept yelling "Hey! You Guys Need Any Fucking Bread?" We look like grownups but in reality we are just adult children. I am a 27 year old 8th grader. Anyway so at work we have this other thing where we at the syllable "shn" in place of the first syllable in a word. So "Coors" becomes "Shnoors" "Peter Francis Geraci" becomes "Shneter Shnancis Shnershnaci" I guess for longer words you add extra "shn" sounds for emphasis. My favorite thing to order at the bar lately is an ice cold "Shnudweiser" it's just so fun to say it with me now "Shnudweiser." I am deadly serious about actually buying a home brew kit and really making a beer called "Shnudweiser" Wouldn't that be hilarious? eh Whatever or something. So about half the time the bartender just smiles and brings back an ice cold Shnud but the other half of the time they just look at you all crazy and say "I'm sorry, did you say Sh Sh Shnudweiser?" I'm like "yes sir that's right "Shudweiser." Then there is this long pause before I have to actually drop the whole fun "Shn" sound game and spell it out for the guy "Just get me a fucking Budweiser!" Work is really fun.

Working Title

Looking around online for acting work for most of the afternoon today. One of my many afternoons spent on a "Starbucks web session." I get such a kick out of calling it that. Looking for jobs is tedious and requires constant hydration and supervision. Many people fall victim to the dreaded online news sites that are just full of bullshit. I suppose you have to get your news somewhere but not me. I'm busy looking for acting gigs. Which is tough when there are so many babes at Starbucks. (How is a young man supposed to concentrate on a Starbucks web session when there are hot babes crawling all over the place. The entire Starbucks is being overtaken by the hottest girls on the planet. Oh please no don't get naked...not all of you. They are all getting naked and rubbing hot liquids all over each other. Oh Jeez the sounds of wet flesh slapping together the smells of passion in the air. It's too much. My web session is a very difficult and arduous one today. As it stands I have no idea how to do anything except for stare at all of the sexy smoking hot babes getting down and dirty here at Starbucks. What  a day. In other news I have recently started living in a military style barracks with several other men of varying age and ethnic background. We are an elite unit. We have been training for the winter games for weeks now and our preparation is nearly complete. We will have our vengeance and those who have crossed us will know the taste of our freshly cleaned boots. We woke up pretty early today and enjoyed a nice breakfast together. The braved the barren cold of the local park for some pt and eventually we found our way to this Starbucks for a nice web session which was ruined by the many many many drop dead gorgeous babes now getting full on hard core super porn style motherfuckers to the max. I think I have a coffee buzz. Oh shit. I have to go to work. Let me know if you have any acting work for me. Please.

Super Lyrical

Lyrically I’m like an athletic freak when I write
So I’m tight at open mics that I frequent at night
When I speak on the mic  in a beacon of light
I’m kinda weird and i'm white but still keeping it hype
I need a miller lite! When I step off stages
Take a seat at the bar with some hot babes and write pages
I’m writin bars at bars with with local rap stars
I’m writin bars at barbeques with dudes in my back yard
Cuz art work pays off take no days off
Work hard play soft smoke weed, play golf
I often stop at coffee shops to sit and jot
I get lost in thought with the ink I blot
I sit and think a lot high off decent pot
I never creep or stop whether I sleep or not
I think this coffee drink I got is freaking hot
Lyrically on a streak that can never be stopped

The Eternal Question

the pain and the greed the need for green weed
so hungry and dazed if i ever get blazed
but to settle a score for once and for all
would you rather have weed or adderall
now weed indeed is off the wall
but what about the adderall
it makes me want to clean and grind
so anxious i could lose my mind
but one for all the rest of time
to pop a pill or smoke a dime?
to rip a bong or snort a line?
but wait a minute kindly folks
Now Ive been known to tell some jokes
of prescription pills and taking tokes
now what if it was all a hoax
that there is only one
when there is two theres twice to do
both weed and adderrall for you
so you can balance out the hits
with crushing up and taking sniffs
each one is yours these treasured gifts
now have a beer and take some sips

Top Ten Things That Matter In Everyday Life

Punctuality

Making a late payment and showing up late are essentially the same thing.  When you show up late, you are not only wasting other peoples time (bringing down moral) but giving the impression that you are incompetent.  My coach used to say "Being 15 minutes early is better than being 5 minutes late." Sometimes you can't help it and when that happens just take responsibility for what happened, nobody likes excuses. Time is money, how are you spending yours? No one ever got fired for being early.

Appearance
Most of the time a simple costume is all the audience needs to believe in a character. In our society we all  label/judge people based on the clothing they wear or don't wear. Don't let your fashion choices send the wrong message about you. Take pride in your appearance and remember that someone is always watching. Make sure that when you engage in a job or activity you at least look the part. People always judge a book by its cover. Often times what you see, really is what you get.  Just ask this guy.
